Batching System: Multi-bin automatic metering, with low error rate
and support for dynamic recipe adjustment, is suitable for
precisely blending roughage for cattle and sheep with concentrate
feed for poultry.
Pelletizing and Forming Module
Ring Die Pellet Mill: Suitable for large-scale production lines, it
can quickly adjust pellet sizes to meet the digestibility needs of
different animals, such as cattle, sheep, and poultry. It can
produce 3-10 tons per hour.
Cooling and Screening System: A countercurrent cooler cools pellets
to room temperature, and a vibrating screen removes debris to
ensure pellet uniformity and storage stability.
Automated Packaging Line: Quantitative packaging scales provide
automatic weighing and sealing.
Mixer: Blenders uniformly mix silage, concentrate, and additives,
reducing manual feeding.
Medium-sized production lines: 5-8 tons, featuring a ring die
pellet mill, automatic batching, and cooling and packaging lines.
Suitable for regional feed mills or farms handling 1,000 head of
livestock.
Large-sized production lines: 10-20 tons, featuring a full steel
