As a core component in achieving efficient and standardized
production, feed production lines have become a focus of industry
attention regarding their equipment configuration and functional
design. A rational equipment combination not only ensures feed
quality but also optimizes production processes, reduces costs, and
ultimately enhances overall competitiveness.
A feed production line typically includes multiple stages,
including raw material pretreatment, batching, mixing, pelleting,
cooling, encapsulation, and finished product packaging. Each stage
is completed by specialized equipment, interconnected to form a
complete production process. The overall process can be briefly
described as follows: After pretreatment, raw materials enter the
batching stage, where they are mixed according to the desired
ratio. Feed pellets are then formed by pelletizing equipment,
cooled, encapsulated, and finally packaged into finished products.
Throughout the entire production process, equipment stability,
automation level, and flexibility are key indicators of a
production line's quality. A rational equipment layout and
configuration not only ensures continuous production but also
allows for adjustments to accommodate different formulations and
production scales.

Main Equipment Processing:
The raw materials are first conveyed by a conveyor to a screening
machine for preliminary screening. Next, a standard dryer dries the
raw materials to remove moisture (this step can be omitted if the
raw materials have an appropriate moisture content). The dried raw
materials are conveyed by an elevator to a scraper conveyor and
then to a pelletizing bin. The pelletizer then forms pellets, which
are then discharged via a pellet delivery conveyor (skirt belt
conveyor). Finally, the pellets are cooled in a cooler before being
packaged.
Auxiliary Equipment:
The production process requires an electronic control system, along
with a main unit cooling system and a cooler air grid to ensure
stable operation. Furthermore, to ensure product quality, an iron
removal system is installed to remove impurities from the raw
materials.
