Animal feed extruders are specialized equipment with dual functions of "extrusion + simple puffing." They can process mixed raw materials into 1-10mm sinking, semi-floating, or floating pellets, depending on the water depth in which fish inhabit. By adjusting the temperature (60-160℃) and pressure (3-12MPa), they can be adapted to the feeding habits of different aquatic animals. Production capacity is generally 0.5-2 tons/hour.

- High water resistance: The pellets processed by the floating feed extruder machine are gelatinized at high temperature. Sinking feed can withstand soaking for 1.5-2 hours, and floating feed can withstand soaking for 2-4 hours, reducing feed waste and water pollution.
